I love BBQ Pork Steak
If that makes me a redneck....so friggin be it. The best BBQ in the world comes from my back yard. No lie. I am a Pit Master. Pork Butt (pulled pork) ribs, chicken, pork loin and anything in between. (No road kill). My BBQ is wet, juicy and sloppy and the sauce is used throughout the cooking process. I prefer the tomato based KC style sauce. You eat this BBQ and you ain't going home.

3. You are absolutely right.
Sometimes I take a brisket and cook it low and slow. Cut it in cubes called burnt ends, put it in a pan with sauce and back in the cooker for about an hour. If there is a heaven..that's it.

2. I love BBQ sietan and Tempeh
If that makes me an Austin liberal effete vegetarian, than so be it! IO also love Gardenburger BBQ Riblets and the ones that come in that yellow package in the refrigerator section. I've even been known to take a Tofurkey or Boca sausage and smother it with Annie's BBQ Sauce, Chipotle flavored. MMMMM. One bite of that, and no dead animal will ever look like food again!

:-) (Disclaimer: not dissin' your diet, just teasing your thread!)

4. I'm Ok with it. I have cooked Boca burgers for Vegan
friends. They watch me pretty closely as I use a part of the cooker where no meat has ever gone.

9. Sort of. Some folks might call it a blade steak. I'm not sure
exactly where it is cut from. Bottom shoulder I think. Bone in.
