I saw that in early 60s at a saturday afternoon matinee. During the summer you could get 7 films for a buck, or 35cents at the door.

19. I have that film on video
It's really surrealistic. The scene in the photo is the elevator ride down to the basement dungeon. The executioner is the elevator operator. He's one of the creepier characters in that movie.
