FUNHOUSE--One of the Greatest Pinball Machines Ever...
I used to love playing this game back in the early 90s--and that's really saying something, since I'm otherwise not that big a pinball guy (unlike a friend of mine who WAS into pinball bigtime and who introduced me to FUNHOUSE back when it first showed up in my local watering hole).

WOW!!! This game was so much fun because it had a great theme and A GREAT CHARACTER. Rudy was this creepy looking talking doll's head that would keep trash-talking and baiting you while you played, in the most annoying ventriloquist's dummy voice you could imagine.

"Hey, bucko, grab yourself a hot dog!"

"I'm not happy with you!"

There was also a clock in the game, and when it would strike midnight Rudy would finally shut up to close his eyes and go to sleep, snoring with his mouth open, and if you could shoot a ball into it, he and the whole machine would REALLY go crazy.

Fun times. I'm sure others here were familiar with this game and loved it, too.

I looked online and it costs $2700. Maybe if my living room were just a little bigger! http://www.arcadegames.com/ctgy/Pinball/prod/pin0014

2. My top three:
1. Twilight Zone (holy crap that machine is fun)
2. Addams Family (perfection in pinball)
3. Jurrasic Park (just because I'm good at it)

Funhouse is certainly fun, but I haven't played it much.

...I love any kind of spooky/otherwordly and carnival/sideshow type stuff.

EDIT: Just read that the same guy (named Lawlor) designed FUNHOUSE, TWILIGHT ZONE, and ADDAMS FAMILY.

Another shot of FUNHOUSE, this time with Rudy's eyes open...

5. I loved the Jurassic Park one
I also kicked ass at the Terminator 2 game. I could win free balls all day on that thing. Haven't played a game of any pinball in several years, now I want to find an arcade right now!

3. Cigarettes and pinball
I kicked 'em both (just looking at that makes my index finger tremble, though...) :scared:
