I can't believe I have been here for years now and still
do not know what happens when I add someone to my buddy list. I have a ton of buddies added, but I'm not sure what happens after I add them as far as the function of the buddies list. Does anyone know an answer to this question? Btw, I did look in the help section before I asked this question.

1. Yea, I can't figure it out.
I mean, it's not like you can tell if your buddy is on line, or not.

But that's good because I can secretly lurk. }(

2. Boy, you really missed the memo, didn't you?
I'll clue you in. You are to begin sending them money, I-pods, and panda pictures. Immediately.

7. I've never received any money, I-pods or panda pictures.
Does that mean no one has added me to their buddy list? You mean, I am not on your buddy list? :hi:

3. I love my buddy list!
Click on "inbox" and there they are... on the left.
You can then find whomever and send them a PM, rather than trying to chase them down on DU or look them up.

Maybe there's more, but that's enough for me! :)

4. Thanks. I've always wondered about this, but
didn't want to look stupid asking. Today, the question just wouldn't go away though.

6. I'm inclined to agree.
I have even asked math questions and gotten answers without being picked on because math is my weakness. That makes me feel better. Thanks. :pals:
