What? No LOST threads today? **Spoilers**
Yet another great episode... when I think it can't get any better, Lost exceeds my expectations once again.

The end where Michael communicates on the computer was terrific. The 'lost' scenes of the creepy video were very creepy.
I am linking Kate more now that I know what she really did and I can say I can't blame her for it. That man was a disgusting specimen.

Thoughts?

1. Good episode, but slow.
Watching Lost is like waiting for Christmas. Give us the presents (answers) already!

I liked that Eko smashes Charlie's statue next week.

3. I really enjoyed last night's episode.
I still can't warm up to Ana Lucia though. Even knowing some of her past hasn't helped me to like her.

What was up with the horse I wonder? And Kate kissing Jack? Locke and Ecko are both spiritual but in very different ways. It will be interesting to see how that pans out. Also I am glad to see Sawyer back to himself! :)

4. You know those whispers in the jungle?
Apparently they are from dead people. Transcripts here.

5. That is weird!
But what about the people who kidnapped Walt? And the people they saw walking barefooted in the forrest?

22. My theory (for now) on Eko and Locke
is that they're a kind of yin/yang pair. They both seem to know or suspect more than the others and seem more "connected" to the island. It seems Locke feels mostly that the island is positive and Eko may feel it isn't as positive. I look for them to balance one another, but also to irritate one another at times. When they first met, they seemed to subconsciously recognize something about each other.

I analyze things to death, sometimes. :)

6. I thought it was great!
My husband and I love that show. He gets really pissed if I look for spoilers on the internet.

I don't know what to think of the Michael communicating on the computer...
didn't the countdown clock stop also when the communication started?
I agree with you on Kate, but I always liked her. That man deserved what was coming to him.
I like Ecko a lot. It's kinda cool to see him and Locke interact. I always liked Locke, he intrigues me, but freaks me out sometimes.
I felt bad when his biological dad pulled that crap last season.

I really can't warm up to Anna Lucia yet either. Even knowing her past. Maybe it's that scowl she has on her face all the time.

I feel for Sayid (spelling??) He is one of my favorites.

I cried my eyes out when Rose and her husband were reunited last week. I'm a sucker!

My favorite is Hurley. When they did his flashbacks with that guy from "Roadtrip" I thought that was too funny.

I think the scene that freaked me out the most so far what when the "others" were walking in the jungle and Jin and Ecko where hiding watching them. That really got to me. I could barely fall asleep that night!

Ok, sorry to start blabbing away there - I really love this show!

7. Something weird - just got this email
saying that when Kate walks into the Airforce Recruiting Office, Sayid is on the television in the background.

You can see it at the site below.

11. Oh, snap!
I need to start taping this.
It reminds me of the Jin/Sun episode where you see Hurley on Korean television.

10. I was just about to post a "Lost" thread. Good thing I found this.
My guess is that all six Dharma Initiative stations are on the island. We know of at least two so far. It sounds like Michael is curious why and how the stations are there in the first place.

12. There are more missing pieces to the training film:
http://www.thehansofoundation.org/dharma.html

And is there any significance to the number 51? The timer was stuck on 51 minutes when Walt began communicating with Michael.

And if so, do you think it is him or his ghost?

At this point, I'm not sure.
Sayid seems to think that Walt was a ghost, not the real thing. You're right, though, it could be a trick.

14. I don't think it's Walt
I think it's a plot from The Others to get the survivors to screw up the computer system. From the film, if you use the computer for anything except for entering those numbers, there will be trouble of some sort.

16. No. I think The Others
are people who are survivors of other crash landings (i.e., little plane with drugs, the Black Rock) who were used as lab rats by the Dharma Initiative people (hence why the hatches show that the doors leading to the outside are 'Quarantine' areas).

18. Perhaps because messing with the computers
actually opens or leads to a location where antidotes and medication are being kept? or perhaps because whatever they have makes them want to 'get' people who possess certain traits or characteristics that they need.

Monique, or Rousseau, or whatever her name was. Is she still running around out in the jungle somewhere?

25. I read that entire thread last night....
and it's still a little confusing for me. I went to http://www.kingcrossstatepolice.com this morning but now I'm waiting for them to send me my password. I want to get emails from Marvin Candle too!

My guess is that this is how they're going to keep fans interested during the 6 week break.
