Can somebody help me with cutting down this file size

I've stumbled across this cool GIF but it's too big for either my avatar OR sig line--can one of you computer superstars help a fella out?

It's a 20K file size limit, yes? Shouldn't be a problem.

4. I think avatars are only 3 kb but sig images can be up to 20

if somebody could crush that down to avatar size I'd be cool with that. If the sig it is, well, the sig it is! :)

5. OK, see if you like this version:

Use the "right click and save as" deal to download it to your computer.

I had to cut a couple of frames from the beginning (but that's just the "regular paddling" part anyway) and cut it down to 64 colors to get under the 20K limit, but it should work OK.

I don't use a Windows computer, so you need to try it and let me know how it looks if you use windows.

7. Ya welcome. As I've said before, anyone who needs to have a picture

or animation re-tailored to the 20K requirement, just let me know.

It's the least I can do for all the pleasure I've gotten from yacking and hanging out with you all for the last year or so.
