I know, I know, it's on the list of foods you should never eat.

But I love it and I haven't had any in weeks.

So I'm eating bacon.

2. I get my breakfast at the cafeteria here at work

I really don't have bacon often enough to worry too much about its health effects. My cholesterol is spectacular and I'm healthy as a horse.

Unfortunately, the pig does. :(

Besides, cholesterol isn't the only thing you have to worry about. Hormones designed to make the pig grow big quickly should also be a concern.
