I had a Catholic school teacher who told my class that if we ever found ourselves in trouble that we should shout that.

Said he had a pack of dogs corner him so he Rebuked them, and they all whimpered and ran away.

I immediately thought that if I Rebuked him he might stop telling us lies!

That's pretty much the extent of what I learned in Catholic school.

I've never tried it, but it's yours to keep if you'd like to try.
