1. Oprah's pet clip was a tearjerker.
The one where the guy refused to leave his dog and a camera person agreed to take him. That was like a punch to the breadbasket. I am quite certain I would never have left my pets. It was so devastating to see the pets tethered to the guard rails that people were forced to leave behind. Many rescue groups are still feeding animals left behind because the government doesn't give a crap. Many animals have died from lack of food and water. That's criminal. Those lucky few that had a reunion are rare indeed. Breaks my heart.

It was in N.O., after all, when I went back North to see Mom at Christmas (sorry, I mean "the holidays" :-) ). I left her with my ex-roommate who'd squatted a house nearby, and by the time I came back, she'd split. :(

So if KO sees any female tuxedos about age 17, have him give me a call.
