Navy freaking stomped!

The number one most ignorant application in bigtime sports right now is college football teams all but abandoning the wishbone or option. Most teams simply have no clue how to stop it. You only stop it if your personnel is vastly superior to that of the option team.

Plus it costs me bigtime money. Option teams are notoriously dominant against the pointspread, especially late in the season when the timing clicks. In the mid '80s my friends who can't pick their nose were flooded with cash simply based on betting the 8 or 10 major option teams every week. One guy would literally bang on my door every week and display his bundle of cash with a huge grin on his face after parlaying the same option teams week after week. Wagering on Navy at that low number today was basically a glorified handout.
