Why is it
When you freeze your feet (not frostbite but close), about 2 hours after they thaw out, they feel like they are burning?

Did I mention it snowed nearly a fuckton today?

2. I looked on several sites about frostbite
They mentioned that as the affected site warmed it might feel painful or burning, but none of them mentioned why. I'd call my friend who used to be a nurse but he's in bed by now. If I remember I'll call him in the morning and get back to you about this.

It confuses some, but oh well.

15. Return of the blood flow. It's actually a Japanese treatment for arthritis
that does seem to work: Freeze the affected joint(s) and when they warm up again, there's lots of blood flow to the affected area, which promotes healing.

I never wear gloves in the winter. It does help.
