Poll question: Have you ever received or given a new car for Christmas?
Every year I watch those ads from Jaguar and Lexus and all the rest showing people giving and receiving cars for christmas and I think that I live on another planet. But maybe more people do it than I realize. So I'm just curious...

4. I've never received or given a new car period
I was once given a $400 Datsun 210 wagon that was several years old but it wasn't for Christmas - it was because my boyfriend at the time was buying and selling used cars and knew I needed one.

And I was just as thrilled as the people in those obnoxious commercials seem to be. Maybe more.

11. Read this in your best "Thurston Howell" voice
Why YES! But was I upSET! Mums and Dadums got me a car for Christmas and was I EVER disapointed. It was a USED Rolls Royce! USED!!! WELL, I took that boxs from Tiffany's for mums and that new Rolex for Dadum's and THREW them out the WINDOW. It just so happened the TRASH truck was driving down Lexington (well SOMEONE has to do that kind of thing) and the boxes land RIGHT in the back of the truck.

WELL, I hope that trash fellow enjoyed the gifts. Mums and Dadums NEVER made that type of mistake again.

18. Me, never and never...
Even if i could afford it, no and no...my wife would have a heart attack if i did something like that, and I would have to be on "drugs" not "myself" to do something like that.
