This cold weather is kicking the crap out me right now.
Both my hands are shot and my attitudes not the greatest. Ill be back on latter and I want to appologize if I shot my mouth off. Bundle up people its going to be a cold night.

8. 36F is beautiful!
Try 8 degrees Farenheit for a high today! Yesterday it was 6 above - normal temp is 31. I'm decked out in two fleeces and a down vest while making my way to my car. Water mains have busted here in Mpls and BOY is it cold. But hey, such is the life when you live in MN. Love it.

YOU bundle up, okay? As for the shooting off of mouths, I think we've all been guilty of that at one time or another.

I enjoy your posts very much. You're definitely one of the nicest folks on DU.

So, bundle up and maybe splurge on the heating for just one night? :shrug:

Add another layer or two and tweak the thermostat a bit. Maybe you could invest in one of those electric blankets--Sophia Petrillo says that on setting 10 you can cook a Lean Cuisine ;-).

they prefer cold to hot because "You can put on more clothes."
Yeah, you can put on so many clothes you can barely move, and you're still freakin' freezing. :scared:

Conversely, when it's hot, you can take off so many clothes you'll get arrested in this repressive society, and you'll still be hot.

But at least you'll be nekkid. :evilgrin:

The cold kicks my ass too. I used to love the winter in the North. I'd put on my thermals and track the little animals in the snow for fun.

However for the last 10 years I tend to hibernate and isolate during the winter months. The cold causes all of my old physical ouches to say Hello, remember me.

25. Thanks for the well wishes every. Right now I am back in my wheel chair
My legs are bent and distorted and are pointing to the left. There also acting like there casted and unable to move. I hate parkinsons. Thankfully I have my DU family to see my through out . And unlike somepeople my curent predictament. I also again wanted to appologize for my bad mood yesterday. I had no right to take this out any one, well except the anti stem cell people.
