Holiday Inns boycotted by Christian Taliban.

Jerry "God doesn't hear the prayer of a Jew" Falwell and Pat "God will destroy you with a hurricane or maybe a meteor" Robertson have announced that they are joining forces to press for a boycott of Holiday Inns until they agree to change their name to "Christmas Inns". "There is nothing more symbolic of Christmas than an inn and it is outrageous that for business expediency and political correctness Holiday Inns has chosen to ignore the Christ child and adopted a milquetoast name instead of one that would celebrate the birth of our Savior." said Falwell as Robertson nodded in apparent agreement. Robertson also noted that he has been successful in the past at having God "smite" people who did not obey his commandments and cited the recent case of New Orleans with Hurricane Katrina. When it was pointed out by a reporter that Holiday Inns are open all year long and not just at Christmas, Falwell was unwilling to concede the point. "The fact is that the word "holiday" has been used to usurp the Christ child from his rightful place at Christmas and a company that welcomes the business of God fearing, Bible believing Christions would recognize that this is an offensive word to us and adopt one that better reflects our values." said the portly preacher.
