Ok. Let's see. Went for my annual physical yesterday and everything was in the same place as last year. Nothing moved.

It's been raining in Tallahassee and we need it.

The Seminoles are going to the Orange Bowl.

My boss is gone for two days.

There was some talk I wouldn't get my National Board bonus until the new year but now it is coming on the 16th of December.

My SIL got three A's and a B in his pre-med classes this semester.

My sister got out of detox and is in rehab (outpatient and actually going) and says "AA will be a part of my life from now on." This is very new. She usually hates AA but she likes this particular group.

Putting up the Christmas tree this weekend. My two-year old grandson will really groove on it, I'm sure.

;) Ever since it hit the news. MrG and I are pretty much agnostic now. I walked out of the Catholic Church when they began preaching hatred of gays a year ago at election time. :hi: You were supposed to congratulate me for posting happiness, dammit. ;)

A 6-year-old and a 4-year-old are upstairs in their bedroom...

"You know what?" Says the 6 year old, "I think it's about time we started cussing." The 4-year-old nods his head in approval. The 6-year-old continues, "When we go downstairs for breakfast, I'm gonna say something with 'hell' and you say something with 'ass'." The 4-year-old agrees with enthusiasm.

When their mother walks into the kitchen and asks the 6-year-old what he wants for breakfast, he replies,

"Aw, hell, Mom, I guess I'll have some Cheerios."

WHACK! He flies out of his chair, tumbles across the kitchen floor, gets up, and runs upstairs crying his eyes out, with his mother in hot pursuit, slapping his rear with every step. His Mom locks him in his room and shouts,

"You can stay in there until I let you out!" She then comes back downstairs, looks at the 4-year-old and asks with a stern voice, "And what do YOU want for breakfast, little man?"

"I don't know." He blubbers, "But you can bet your fat ass it won't be Cheerios!"
