darn winter weather!! took me 1.5 hrs to get home
normally it takes 40 minutes. But I'm here!!! Hubby is still travelling, hopefully he's going to get here safe and sound too.

Michigan's first major storm and it ain't over yet!

I hate driving in crappy weather. I've gotta do 200+ miles coming home from college next Friday. Am NOT looking forward to it. :scared:

7. In Seattle
if it snows from 1 to 3 inches we are toast. It is always a wet snow that compacts to ice within a few minutes of heavy traffic; instant gridlock.

Then comes the flooding. Usually within 48 hours the temp rises and the snow melts; the local rivers flood.

Good luck; Hope hubby gets home soon.
