of the TV series...

PSSSSST Costco members, it has an instant coupon for $20 off. ($80). I saw the same set at Best Buy for $120!

I've had the DVD set since... Christmas 2000? 2001? One o' those. It's rather a necessity.

Oh... in a major score a couple o' months ago, I picked up DVDs of the MPFC precursors "At Last, the 1948 Show" with John Cleese, Graham Chapman, Tim Brooke-Taylor and Marty Feldman, and "Do Not Adjust Your Set" with Terry Jones, Michael Palin and Eric Idle. :bounce:

11. Check the disks carefully

I didn't notice until a couple of months after I got my collection that the Vol 11 and Vol 12 boxes both had a Vol 11 disk in them.

I got them as a gift and couldn't return them so now I have an almost complete collection.

12. That blows

Especially since Vol. 12 has four episodes (36-39) instead of the usual three. Some pretty good stuff in there, too � particularly the Dirty Vicar Sketch.

I could kill A&E or whoever edited Episode 38, though. The last three minutes or so are cut, probably for brief nudity. ("Newcomer Veronica Papp plays the girl with the large breasts." (A young lady runs past wearing only briefs.))

is the best Python site I've found � and I've found a lot of 'em. It has all the scripts, including even the German episodes, and it's easy to navigate with the tabs. Loads of sound files, too. Just not many full-size photos.

And since it's a mirror site, you can't link to any page other than the main one.

But if you want reference and not stuff, you can't beat this one.
