I was kind of happy that school was cancelled today
I figured my kid would be snow-bound w/ me... we could do a few chores together (I still can't lift, but I can fold laundry and do dishes) and then we could play cribbage or watch movies together....

He's up in his room playing video games.

I guess I'm not as much of a fun mom as I used to be.

1. my kids only have a two hour delay....no much fun...
let em sleep in...and my youngest was delighted the toothfairy left a buck under the pillow...
but alas...they will be off to school...
