After we fence out Mexicans, can we fence out Canadians?
It seems only fair.
:shrug:

I just watched the dumbest goddamned segment on Lou Dobbs (CNN) I have ever seen in my 64+ years of being here.

The repugs in congress actually want to spend our cash money on a border fence from Tijuana to Brownsville.

OK, not cash, credit. We'll go into even deeper debt for this.
Could we get a "putting a gun to your head" smilie?

The Berlin Wall episode was perhaps the only lucid moment of the entire Reagan presidency. And now these assclowns who genuflect before the image of Saint Ronnie want to build a wall thousands of miles long?! It boggles the mind. :eyes:

15. Actually, there are plans being pushed for this
by right wing nuts. They want all non-ocean borders wall to wall fenced in with armed guard towers and all the rest. They are extremely paranoid but think it is needed along both borders.

The high tech security fence that protects Israel cost 1.6 million dollars per mile. A similar fence for the entire length of the 2,000-mile Mexico-US boarder would cost 3.2 billion dollars. To include the 4,000-mile Canada-US border would cost a total of 9.6 billion dollars. So far the US government has spent a total of 200 billion dollars in the pursuit of liberating Iraq and this number continues to grow. This is less 5% of the war and this will protect US citizens now! The RNC continues to ask for money from me,
