16. i was kidding. you know the old jokes that start...
two guys/nuns/rabbis/pirates/etc walk into a bar....

my sister was driving to work when a car crossed the center line and cracked her right in the drivers side door. she was okay, but got out to find 4 nuns in fulllength habits getting out of the other car. my sister said she thought she had hit her head in the accident and was hallucinating.

10. Was it just a blur of black and white, between the nuns and the cops?
enquiring minds want to know....

11. Were they in uniform?
The nuns, not the police...
I imagine it would be hard to see them at night.

12. Are you in trouble?
Edited on Sun Dec-18-05 11:13 PM by tjdee
 You're finally home, at least!

Since you're posting, with my big brain I deduce that you at least are physically okay and able to post to DU. I imagine you are a bit shaky still.... and since the police escorted you home, you're not in jail.

But do you need to see the police again? :scared: Do you still have a car?

But yes thank God I am home safe. The police took me home and I had to
leave the car at the monastery. :(

18. Who are you in trouble with?
Edited on Sun Dec-18-05 11:18 PM by tjdee
The police? Your family? God?

I hope you were sober...this sounds not so good. But you're home now, and whatever happened it was an accident, and you didn't hit them.

20. But you didn't hit them. So there's that.
You can't be in that much trouble, since they're okay?

23. Don't be so hard on yourself. It was an accident.
They're supposed to be all loving and stuff, right?

Maybe give it a while and write a letter/drop by?

Hmm. But you do have to get your car...

It was an accident. They happen. The nuns are fine, and you're home.
