Have you watched the new game show, Deal or No Deal?
It looks like a great show so far. I like the fact that you can still leave with thousands of dollars without lots of risks. It looks winnable. I suck at Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune still involves that wheel. In the Home PC version of Wheel of Fortune I can solve the puzzles, but I can't spin and get any money on the board. In Jeopardy, I can't tell you jack shit about the history of Bumfukt, Egypt. This Deal or No Deal looks good to me though.

Have you seen it?

Howie Mandel is a great choice as host - he keeps the energy up.

I wish I understood probability better - I just know there is a "logical" choice of when to make a deal, and when not to, but I never did that well in stat class....

IT's a risk assessment. "The Bank" is using a risk or likelihood assessment to set the DEAL amount.

Very interesting and VERY cheap to make as a TV show.
