I haven't smoked in 4 days...help!
:( I miss it so much...



Any advice for quitting? Though i'm not actually quitting, i just need to get thru until the 30th when I fly back east(and away from my folks, thank god) and can smoke again! hallelujah!

3. please stay quit..... it is the BEST thing you can do for
yourself....please I work in a hospital and I see firsthand the damage that is done please stay strong.........you can do it :hug:

Focus. Focus on alllll the great things you can do instead of smoking. Like not die in agony. Just sayin'. You already have the four days behind you. Why not build on it? Give yourself the gift of quitting for the new year.

I agree, though, something to quell the anxiety. There are a lot of options when it comes to doing that--especially if you want to cement this decision.

Meditate, I quit using these after smoking for thirty years, I haven't smoked for 12 years and I feel fine.
