Yup yup, my family asked for my fancy smancy fudge again this yr

I make this ridiculously easy fudge every year, and made the mistake of not making it one holiday season and caught pure hell for it. What kind of fudge? well, coconut fudge! by gawd, its like almond joy without the almond in it.

stick of real butter
pound of powdered sugar
half cup coacoa
tablespoon of coconut extract
pinch salt
add a little milk to thin


I just melt the butter in a big pot, add the dry stuff and the extract, stir like the dickens, adding a few tablespoons of milk until the lumps are gone and its thick and smooth. pour it in a buttered pan and let it sit till set.

the only thing better is the pecan and cranberries recipe my husbands grandmother has..mmmm...
