I smell like my Grandma . . .
mentholatum and hall's cough drops, yummy. And who do I have to thank for my current odor? My cousin. The one who carpools with me, who didn't bother to call me to let me know she had the flu and would not be going to work that day. No, instead she waited until I walked into a house of infected people to tell me that. OK, now I'm done and feel better.
Anyone else out there nursing themselves through this flu season?

1. this is gonna sound weird
but I comfort myself sometimes smelling menthol. the smell of vicks vaporub snaps me out of a bad mood everytime. i think its because when i was sick grandma would rub it on my chest and neck, and made me feel better!

but thankfully the whole house is sickness-free....soo far!

2. Don't get me wrong
Right now the smell of menthol is the only thing which is giving me a reason to live, literally. Without it, I am pretty sure I wouldn't be able to breathe.
