At both services, I used the children's time to talk about survivors of the Tsunami and Katrina. Funny - the little ones ALL knew about Katrina.
So, we're praying for you, and going to continue supporting you, because we love you.

And yes, I got to talk about my special friend in Mississippi. :loveya:
(it makes it so much more real for them when they can picture a real person... and there's nobody quite as real as you!)

Our handbell choir played at the 7:30 service last night. My daughter came. It was wonderful. One of the two ministers I told you about came down from the pulpit during "greeting" time, hugged me and told me I was special and was loved. Amazing how one small act of kindness can turn the whole holiday around. I need to get her on the board. She's a hoot. Very down-to-earth and funny like you.

Watch for your sticker. Should arrive this week.
