What should I drink for my Bday?
It's my birthday and the day has sucked so far. At least I was allowed to pick the radio station at work today(no country music in my honor).
Trying to decide what to drink later on tonight. Any suggestions?

13. Can't start drinking until later.
I have to be sober to lead a Girl Scout meeting tonight. After the meeting and the little one is in bed the drinking will commence.

7. I'm thinking about whiskey.
I'm drinking alone tonight(can't afford a babysitter to go out) so I'll probably go mild on the drinking and play pool in the basement.

10. Happy Birthday to you too!
One positive thing happened today: I was carded for a pack of cigarettes on the way to work. The clerk said that there was no way I looked 31.
I almost leaned over the counter and kissed her!

9. Since your day has sucked so far, might as well drink warm Budweiser
and do a few shots of Seagram's Seven mixed with dish soap out of a sippy cup still dirty with dried milk.

And - HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!

31. I want you to have a bad, but not THAT bad of a day
Jeez, man, show some self-respect.

:-)

I used to like Special Export - actually thought it was a good beer, though only if icy cold. It quickly became the worst tasting shit once it warmed up. Biggest difference of any beer I've ever had, between its goodness and badness. I've never met a warm beer that tasted anywhere near as bad as warm Special Export.

And then, once I got into GOOD beers, I realized that the best beers ARE served warm, or only slightly chilled.

32. Very good beer is served warm
and I can appreciate it.
But, back in the day, if I wanted to get drunk really fast I'd pick up a twelve pack of OS and funnel it warm. Nowadays, I only use it to boil my brats in.

Get some Bailey's, vanilla vodka, white chocolate liquer, and chocolate liquer. Mix equal parts and have a good time.

I feel like drinking tonight, but don't know why.
I've always hated this week, and it grates on my nerves. And like you said, birthdays aren't always the big celebrational events we wish they were.

Or, maybe it's the PMS. :banghead:

63. My PMS is over with now, thank goodness.
I almost never celebrate my birthday. And this week grates on my nerves also and I've never understood why.
And a drink was exactly what the doctor ordered. I called an old friend from high school and he informed me that I needed a couple of stiff drinks. Since he has his own practice I can honestly say that he prescribed alcohol for my birthday.
