I think I've invented a drink

I've always liked Bailey's in a cup of coffee but I no longer drink coffee - it gives me a sour stomach. So one day I added some to hot chocolate and that was SO good. I've been tweaking it ever since and I think i now have it dialed.

Skygazer's Irish Chocolate

Cup of hot chocolate
1/2 oz. Kahlua
1/2 oz. Bailey's
splash of Philip's Union Whiskey


The kahlua gives it kind of a mocha taste, the Bailey's adds that great Irish cream flavor and the Philips Union (which I discovered quite by accident) has a kind of vanilla taste to it that adds a nice creamy vanilla finish. You can use a good vanilla vodka instead but the whiskey is the best.
