1. I did with great success
however, and this is a big however, the diet is really difficult to follow forever and I could not. That said I am considering going back on again. There is a great forum for questions about it and I got there by googling. As for price try ebay to find a used one. Amazon may have used ones listed too. I did think it was worth the money but I would have loved to find it cheaper.
