How organized is your existence?
Do you keep a daily schedule? Is your closet color-coded? Or do you struggle as I do to keep the milk in your fridge from expiring?

1. Near chaos.
Drives my dad nuts whenever I'm home on break.

4. hmmm
in some ways very. You can't be a parent and run a small business withouth some organization. OTOH, you should see my closet, bookshelves, NYT tower and deskspace! :silly:

glad you are back, JP. Missed ya.

10. Missed you too!
:hi:

Would you say then that it's easier for you to keep organized when others are depending on you? It's easier for me to keep organized in those areas--whenever someone comes over to eat or stay my house is nicely ordered, though I may need a 1-3 hour lead time. But stuff only I will see or care about I leave in a natural chaos.

12. sometimes i wonder how I was organized enough
to get through grad school, etc.

Well, a kid needs you to provide food and other things regularly, for a start. I guess it is easier when it has to be done. But yeah, I guess I don't worry as much about the mess when no one is coming over.

9. I find too much organization
only leads to disappointment and frustration when life doesn't go according to your plan. So my life is random chaos with splashes of order here and there, because you can't even plan on constant disorder.
