Christmas at my house.
My deaf mother, hubby's blind mother, hubby's alcoholic brother and RW sister-in-law, ultra-religious nephew, and my wild and crazy sons - and yet we had a lovely time, but I have had a headache ever since. Hubby gave me a gift certificate for a day's beauty - think I'll go tomorrow.

1. A normal Christmas in America.
Somehow it works for one day. I'm so glad for your lovely time. We had roughly 18 people weathered in at my big brother's house all night. Throw down fights, "I'll hate you forever" stuff, screaming 8 year old dragged off to bed at midnight, people trying to storm out till they actually got outside, hugs, jokes, way too much booze, and in the end just laughing about what dorks we all are and will always be, stuck together in this life boat.
