Okay, so kids in restaurants is a hot topic, but I think that the
obnoxious, pontificating moran at the next table who is loudly discussing his stock portfolio with his employees at a 'holiday' lunch is much worse.

This guy was an unbelievable asshat. I am really sure that your employees are mesmerized by how much $ you have in each stock account, you pompous fool. I wanted to stab him with my chopsticks.

I can forgive the little vermin much quicker than these pompous asshats, who are second only in their assholery to people meeting at Barnes and Noble for their first (and probably last) date and spending the entire time talking, loudly, again, about themselves.

No, I really wouldn't have done that, but she was even more annoying than the music they were playing and that music was godawful.

and start talking and a few seconds into the call yell out "WHAT?! (X) STOCK NOSEDIVING? CEO INDICTED FOR ACCOUNTING MALPRACTICE? SELL YOU SON OF A BITCH, SELL!!!!"

11. Some guy on a cell phone SPIT on my NECK in line at the store,
last week. Disgusting. It was rude enough that he was spouting off so loudly, but it amazed me that he also didn't notice his proximity to me. No one should be so near another person in line that their conversational spatter should be inflicted upon an innocent bystander. Exceedingly rude and tactless.

13. That is gross.
Exceptionally rude. I hate when my cell phone rings in public, because I think it is so rude. I tell the person I will call them right back, and go outside or go sit in my car. Usually it is one of the kids, so it doesn't take a long time, but I would never take a business call in a public place. No one should be subjected to that.

One time, I did have to take a call when I was sitting in the lobby of my daughter's elementary school, because the guy was calling from France, but I practically broke my leg running outside to continue the conversation.

14. I'll tell you what's more annoying than that even.
The person who can't even get off of their cell phone long enough to eat their meal.

I saw this firsthand while dining out one time. This lady took a call on her cell before her meal had arrived. The server brought her meal, but she still sat & chatted on her cell phone for a half an hour. Then once she ended her call, she had the nerve to complain to the server about her food being cold. Surprisingly the server was nice enough to go back and warm her food up for her.
