1. Yes, the SEC
hasn't done its job preventing securities fraud nearly well enough. Enron, anyone?

2. Are all the overrated Florida teams in the SEC?
The Miami Cocaines could have a 1-10 season and some east coast biased poll would rate them #1 and demand their inclusion in the BCS.

5. No, only University of Florida.
Miami and Florida State are in the Atlantic Coast Conference.

3. In all fairness, I think the CFTC has been even worse,
especially when it had that ho-bag Wendy Gramm at the helm.

Most of the derivatives she sanctioned have yet to blow up in the face of the world economy.
