A sad kind of 'normal'..But we all seem to be just that.
"Normal is getting dressed in clothes that you buy for work and driving through traffic in a car that you are still paying for - in order to get to the job you need to pay for the clothes and the car, and the house you leave vacant all day so you can afford to live in it."
I see so little of my home it is truly sad. I spend twice as many waking hours in my workplaces as I do at home, not to mention 7 hours a week (give or take) commuting to and from work. My car was finally paid off a few months ago, and will probably need to be replaced within the next 3-4 years. Such is the cycle of things when one is not rich.
