1. Alton Brown is cool.
Paula Deen is my favorite on Food Network, though. I just want to hug her- she seems so goofy and sweet.

5. Mr. LiW and I just loved watching Paula's Southern Thanksgiving special.
He likes the way she makes "corn" into a two-syllable word. We made Bobby's bacon-wrapped breadsticks for Thanksgiving AND for Christmas.
