New Year's Eve plans (call me crazy, people)

I just got off the horn with a couple of buddies--we're gonna go for it, we're gonna paddle the Vermillion river tommorrow

A couple of holes are in so there should be some play opportunities! Good times, good times!

there's a big group of us, and you're never really more than about 200 yards from the car--I'll have plenty of warm dry clothing in the car. You can rest assured that I will be geared up on that river!

Here's my get-up; plus a lined rubber hood, and a bunch of polyproplylene stuff underneath!

I just have to remember to bring hand lotion--that cold river water REALLY dries out your hands and makes them itch. Even through the gloves. :hi:
