6. For the uninitiated...
...Red Green, the inspiration for John Candy's SCTV character "Gil Fisher the Fishin' Musician."

An excerpt from a Red Green show is on the SCTV Volume 4 DVD set...

7. Well, I'm out of ideas....
All I know about Canada is the Red Green Show, SCTV, and all the crappy hockey stuff I studied up on so I could compete playing that damn Canadian Trivial Pursuit® game.

8. OK, here ya go:
Hey hey, my my
Rock and roll can never die
There’s more to the picture
Than meets the eye.
Hey hey, my my.

Out of the blue and into the black
You pay for this, but they give you that
And once you’re gone, you can’t come back
When you’re out of the blue and into the black.

The king is gone but he’s not forgotten
Is this the story of johnny rotten?
It’s better to burn out ’cause rust never sleeps
The king is gone but he’s not forgotten.

Hey hey, my my
Rock and roll can never die
There’s more to the picture
Than meets the eye.
