Omigosh...I Deserve to be Taken Out and Killed!!

I'm a radio station switcher--I vacillate constantly among stations. I was listening to some nonsense on one station, but unwilling to change the station....Too lazy. When I finally get around to doing it, I hear "Call me Deacon Blues......Deacon Blues....." on another station and immediately scream. (I absolutely LOVE Steely Dan, and I haven't heard "Deacon Blues" in almost literally forever...or so it feels.)

About thirty seconds later, the song ends.

I was listening to total shit for music, when I could have been listening to, what, 8 minutes of Don Fagan?

D'oh!

Now I probably won't change the station again for the rest of the day, even though I know they won't play it again for like 5 months.....

3.  I've been kicking myself for missing Mr. Fagin's concert here
last month. At least you can go home and pop in a CD.

The review was pretty good - and he did all my favorites including the Goodbye Look and The New Frontier. I love Deacon Blues!

"Deacon Blues" is awesome. I want Aja so badly....The next time I go to Borders, I'm looking it up first thing.
