6. Can you sleep in the day instead?
For example, when I was at university I pretty much turned nocturnal - dozing through unimportant things like lectures and tutorials (not that I had many, being an arts faculty student) then staying awake at night.

It might be a solution to your problem.

4. I'm no fan of being moderate.
So I have to switch from being a total attention-whore to an anti-attention-whore in less than a jiffy.

It's quite a strain on a chap sometimes being so agile.
