I went into GD. I posted a response. I got drawn in.

I feel so unclean - I think I need another bath. :banghead:

10. I'm OK.
Kinda sad today - my brother left, and Dad and I just kinda sat around, doing nothing but delivering flowers from the funeral to some close friends.

We miss her. :(

 Though it is hard to believe me right now, the ache will ease. You will always miss her, but she is so much a part of your life, a part of who you are, that you will never be without her.

If you need me, I am on the other end of that phone of yours, anytime, day or night. :loveya:

53. Hell, yeah!

True story:
A close friend of the family came over when Mom died. She brought a huge tin of homemade chocolate chip cookies. She's the kind of person who uses real butter, etc, and her food is always incredibly delicious.
My niece Sarah grabs a cookie, bites into it, then says, "the next time you bring cookies, would you please make them softer?" Li'l beast is 6.

my favorite comfort food is a freshly baked peanut butter cookie and an ice cold glass of two percent milk. Oh kids say the darndest things don't they. My niece Destiny Marie has severe hemophilia and wears a bracelet that lets everyone know. On the play ground this monster comes up to her with a fork and says I want to stick you to see how you bleed. Where do kids come up with this stuff?
