Today is going to be weird - I was in the office for about an hour
before anyone told me I had my shirt on inside-out!

Either I'm that invisible to all who are here with me today, or they wanted to see how long I could go before noticing it myself.

I already checked...my fly is zipped!

1. I got no problem saying something to someone for things like that
Although one time a coworker of mine had a large toothpaste stain on his face and nobody said anything for most of the morning, on purpose and he walked around clueless talking to everyone and even walked to the store on a break.

I know...bad :spank:

2. I think it's the same way here - everyone thought it was funny
so they let it be!

How I got out of the house w/out noticing is amazing!

5. Traditional etiquette says ...
... tell a friend about a social faux pas like that only if they can fix it quickly. I would mention an inside-out shirt only if I knew that the wearer could quickly get to a private place and change it.

This somehow reminds me of a quote by Winston Churchill. When a pompous lady who was speaking to him exclaimed, "Sir, you're drunk!" he replied (paraphrase):

"Yes, madam, I am drunk, and in the morning I shall be sober, but you will still be ugly."

7. Another Churchill quote:
from another pompous lady at a party: "Sir, if I were your wife, I would poison your drink!"

he replied: "Madam, if I were your husband, I'd drink it!"

10. Why, of course my socks match...but they are not inside out
no toothpaste, hair and make up are good. Just the glaring shirt inside-out, all seams and tag showing!

6. They may just have assumed it was a style
I've actually mention to friends that they had their shirt on inside out, when in fact they didn't. The label and the little hanger-upper thingy was supposed to be on the outside.

13. There is always that possibility
Maybe you should just wear your shirts inside out for the rest of the week. Start a new style... well, semi-new style. ;)
