What's the best small pick-up truck out there?

Our '91 Chevy S-10 is just about to give up the ghost. I don't trust it on the highway anymore and I'd love to get something newer, with decent gas mileage and a little easier on the eyes.

Suggestions?

I have two of them, great trucks. My 96 Tacoma with 130k miles has yet to fail me. My Tundra is a gas hog, but reliable.:thumbsup:

2. Love my Toyota Tacoma

I've always owned a Toyota pickup truck. I've driven each well over 100,000 miles, and the one I sold with 120,000 miles on it is still going strong for her new owner.

If you buy one used, ask for records of regular oil changes. If they get changed regularly, they run forever.
