I still think Greatest votes in the Lounge should do -something-
Right now they don't do shit. What would be an appropriate effect for a lot of Lounge Greatest votes?

The sensible option would be that 5 recommendations gets a thread locked for sexual content, and 10 gets it deleted alltogether.

The more reasonable option is that 5 recommendations gets Grovelbot to post the Brazilion joke throughout the thread at random intervals.
