My usual luck, cloudy here. Hope you have a better view of the sky in case we get some nice lights

1. Oh, that hurts. We don't get the Northern Lights here. But I remember
seeing them when I was a kid in Vermont...pure, distilled magic in the sky.

2. Here's a site for you and the lad
http://www.spaceweather.com/

Check it in a day or so. If there are any northern lights, people upload pictures to share. It is interesting what they can get. It's a neat sight and you can sign up for email alerts when there is cool stuff going on in the sky

5. Map for you too ; ^)

Looks like it is down a couple grades. You prolly can't see any Southern Lights ;)

Where are you at? My daughter LOVES Australia. She has been 3 times and is homesick for it a good part of the time.

6. Sydney. 20% of all Australian live in Sydney, btw.
I can see why people love it, cos' I do too.

That and compulsory voting means our politicians, while bieng just as evil, must be much more competent at admin than yours, and can't freak with schools as much.

Used to be known to go to a mall and not find the door she came in when she wanted to leave. I mean, IT WAS BAD!

First time she went to Oz, she could find her way around, no trouble at all! We think her internal magnetic compass is geared for down under. She is fine there!

She really enjoyed Sydney, but loves Melbourne more, I think. Loved Lots of Rocks or some place like that. Adores Geelong. Is a big Magpie fan... I know, I know: Kick a Vic :D

She is a real Paul Kelly fan and goes to L.A. when he is here in the states and playing there. Long drive for her, but he is SOOOO good.
