Wow, I hardly recognize anyone. Is BlondieK143 still on the lam?
So many people have changed names or left, I have no idea who's around anymore.

Bouncy Ball? Nowhere to be seen.

I did see GreatAuntofTriplets here tonight. And ET Awful is always in attendance. rbnyc is rockin' out.

Okay, so most people are around. It's been me that's been out of the loop.

She's quite a character. Never met her personally--that would be problematic. Attention/jealosy issues around these parts.

9. Lots.
I quit teaching for good and found a great job in September. My daughter (Ana) was born a few weeks after that.


We bought a condo in October.

My favorite, most beloved cat ever died 3/6 after a long illness.


And now I'm here, trying to figure out my life.

How's by you?

And my heart is breaking over the loss of your cat. Zooey could be Merlin's twin. :cry:

Things are okay here. Dealing with an aging grandmother and just "stuff"...it was a bad week, but a lot of DUers helped me feel better. Hug that adorable girl for me. She has such an alert look on her face. Like, "How dare you startle melike that, Daddy!" :hi:

16. My neighbor just lost her Great Pyr/Retreiver mix and swears she seems
him every morning laying his head on the foot of her bed. :( I hate it when these trusting wonderful souls leave us. :hug:

18. I just wish I hadn't dragged it out looking for a cure to a 100% fatal
disease. She was very uncomfortable, all due to my inability to let go.

20. But, what you have to remember is...you gave her a GOOD life...she's
not in pain now, and you got to say goodbye. Don't dwell on what you think you should have done. Dwell on all you were to each other. I keep looking at her picture and getting teary. I am so sorry.

21. That was literally 24 hours before she died.
She went downhill so quickly from that point. Lost all muscle control.

But you're right. She was the most pampered and loved cat ever.
