34. My parents bought
this system at least two years ago, and they think is "Abosolutely Fabulous!"...:) When i went up there two xmas's ago, they spent a good hour telling me all the good things about it...I had to keep a straight face, while trying to appear amazed at all the good things it could do...i'm just a man, i see it as a small blender...and I can't make huge mixed drinks, in small blender...:) ;)

2. Can you do all these things at once?
Chop onions, mince garlic, make spaghetti sauce or salsa, grate cheese, make smoothies and protein shakes, make frozen cocktails and margaritas, grind coffee.

4. I CAN!!! Without missing a beat!!!
I can't wait for it to get here.

In the interest of full disclosure, I really did just buy one. I figure it will make my life a little easier in the kitchen, but I am ready to be proven wrong.

8. Why, alcoholic ones of course!!!!
Getting to be that time here in the Old Dominion. Time for Pina Coladas, and Daiquiris...I envision all kinds of elegant garden parties with everyone having their own color coded mug.

*asks self - where did I put the elegant garden last winter?*

7. Why?
You can do pretty much the same thing with a hand blender (and the attachments they usually come with).

10. I had one--it broke.
It worked really well for awhile, but it broke a couple of months ago. I replaced it with a regular food processor (that cost about the same) and so far, I think it is much better.

But good luck!

13. I have a friend who has one....
Ice + orange juice + coconut syrup + rum (I like Malibu) = YUMMAY!! :)

Have fun with it... I never used it to make anything other than mixed drinks, but she says it's great for salsas and sauces, too.

14. I actually got it for the sauces.
No one in this family likes the same sauce on their pasta, so it means four different pots with four different sauces. I hope this will make things a little bit easier for me.

31. I've had mine for 2 yrs now - it lives on the counter -
I love the lid system - grate & store parmesan cheese in the same jar, tunafish, etc. I haven't followed their suggestions & used cherry tomatoes, pearl onions, etc. & have had some interesting experiences - pureed tunafish was pretty funny!

Bought one for a sister-in-law a year ago - she uses it a lot to make applesauce for her 3 kids. They also use it as a coffeebean grinder.

Hope you enjoy it!

44. I got one, and it's one...
of the few things as good as the TV commercial says it is.

Actually, mine isn't the one on TV, but it's identical, and at half the price. (before the twofer deal)

It's replaced my coffee grinder, spice grinder and big blender for most things. The thing about it is the speed-- rotates much faster than most blenders. And, it's easier to clean.

Doesn't slice or grate, though, so that's still by hand or the food processor.
