"Rich Dad, Poor Dad"'s Robert Kiyosaki - Impressions? Opinions?

My impression is that he's a con-man. There's no such system that will make everyone wealthy. None. He's selling snake oil. Real estate overall is indeed a good investment, but it's also loaded with peril if you don't know what you're doing.
he is very good at marketing and selling. His book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" shouldn't be taken literally or practically. It is more like an inspirational and motivational story and a broad outline about how to look at wealth and money in a new way.
I'd go with the con man. I think he came up with those waterproof velcro wallets and parleyed that into real estate. This makes him and expert and a great teacher?
