i had it played at a memorial service for a friend of mine years ago.
i knew he'd really like that pick. :) he liked circles and changes, joni mitchell and dragonflies.

It really speaks to time and a place....

listen to Tori Amos' version. It captures the emotion very poignantly.

Now if only she'd tune her damn guitar like everyone else so we could figure out what the hell she's playing :P
