Did anyone see Bushie's speech on TV just now. One question
WHAT IS THERE TO JOKE ABOUT AND LAUGH ABOUT!!!!!

HE was almost like a stand up comedian.

I find it disturbing that the man thinks he can joke around while people die, he blows the surplus Clinton built up, and so many other things that he has completely destroyed while in office.

2. Well it is very sad that a president...
starts an illegal war and then gives a speech on that war and thinks it is ok to joke and act silly about it.

4. Can't find a transcript but...
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/11924526/

CLEVELAND - President Bush on Monday cited progress in stabilizing an insurgent stronghold in northern Iraq, saying he has “confidence in our strategy” and critics should look beyond the images of violence to see clear signs of progress.

Bush tried a new tactic to boost sagging support for the war, relating to his audience in Cleveland a lengthy story about a campaign to rid the northern city of Tal Afar of terrorism against civilians.

Success there “gives reason for hope for a free Iraq,” he said, adding that the “strategy is working.”

8. I really can't watch him
anymore. And I agree one would think given the gravity of the numerous issues he is responsible for that he would not play the fool but I think he is so isolated from the real world that he continues to say and do the same things over and over again. It not only demonstrates his imcompentence but his ignorance as well. I have come to the conclusion that calling him stupid is really missing his true nature, i.e., ignorant which is far more dangerous for all of us in this world.

12. He is not ignorant or stupid.
He is an evil son of a bitch and he has no feeling that what he is doing is wrong. He feels he is the saver of this country because of 9/11 and that gives him a blank check to do whatever he feels like.

13. You're right!
The ONLY problem with that is......HE didn't keep us safe from 9/11!

I don't know why we haven't hammered him with this!

It DID happen on his watch!

14. He's on one gigantic power trip. All this power that he knows full well
he didn't earn and doesn't deserve has gone to his pointy little head. Makes for one arrogant little pissant, it does.
