Pity the world's voters. Looking at the recent news -- with California Representative Randy Cunningham sentenced to the longest term ever meted out to a U.S. congressman, with ethics scandals oozing up around British prime minister Tony Blair, and with various parts of Canada's government caught in moral sludge -- it seems it's not always easy to read the moral compass of the people we elect.

Needed is my next invention, the Ethimeter."

It's amazing how dishonest politicians, who spout religious morality, can conduct themselves in such unethical ways. Dishonest voting results seem to leave us with dishonest results in our government.
