1. At least you're getting snow
Here the snow actually goes around us. We just get the cold nasty feeling, and dried up grass.

Back to endless winters and away from hurricanes.

9. Either north of Bangor Maine, or Errol NH
My boss is in TN right now buying land. He's been investigating land to build and also get the hell out of Fl.

10. Wow -- you are getting away!
I used to live in Caribou, ME, when I was little. It was cold! Brrrr!

A lot of people are leaving FL -- that's why it's taking so much longer to sell houses. I'm hoping the tired-of-winter gang will be moving down and buying up the houses.

5. If you move to Tucson, Az,,
you'll be sick of summer in less than six months.

I grew up in Montana, we hibernated the winter.

here in Tucson, we hibernate from May thru Sept.

14. But Do You Have To SHOVEL the Heat?
If I have to stay inside, I'd definately prefer not having to dig myself in and out, it gets old.

12. Maybe God is punishing Ohio for the throwing the last election.
Just like he punished Florida with hurricanes and mosquitos.

I hate it.

Those of you who are selling your homes in Florida - I've been meaning to move down there for 20 years.

(sigh)

On Edit: I'd be happy to trade. How's about 9 months of our cold weather in return for your hurricanes and mosquitoes?
